Telehealth and telemedicine are innovative, tech-based services that help provide quality healthcare for individuals living in areas without easy access to services. Currently in the Metro Atlanta area, many clients find it challenging to locate prompt psychiatric care. Some psychiatrists have waiting lists of several months while others are no longer accepting new clients. Additionally, in rural areas of Georgia, there are few, if any, local psychiatrists providing medication management.

Ridgeline Counseling has partnered with United Behavioral Health Solutions to provide telemedicine psychiatric consultation and medication management at our Marietta and McCaysville offices. It is a simple process in which clients contact our office via phone and/or email and we then schedule an appointment on your behalf. Services are provided through a secure digital platform in the comfort of our office. Several major insurance companies are accepted, and self-pay is also available at reasonable rates.
